- Conducts assessments and standardized evaluations (BDI, Peabody, HELP, VBMAPP etc.) across developmental domains to determine eligibility and ongoing needs.
- In partnership with families, develops multidisciplinary strategies for a child’s IFSP to address routine activities.
- Assist team with transition of child out of Birth to Three.
- Provides supervision to OT fieldwork students as needed.
- Writes quality IFSPs that meet state, federal and agency requirements
- Participates in team meetings as requested
- A valid driver’s license
- A current auto insurance policy
- Approved Crisis Intervention Certification (e.g., Safety Care, CPI, PMT)
- Maintains license by the Department of Public Health under § 20-74b C.G.S.
